By enrolling, paying any fee, accessing course materials, events, webinars, or communities (collectively, the “Services”), you (“Student”, “you”) agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter a contract.
You are responsible for ensuring that participation in trading education is lawful in your location.
FTA provides education only. Nothing we provide is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice; no solicitation to buy/sell any security, derivative, or instrument.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves risk of loss, including loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, FTA is not a degree-granting university and programs are non-academic professional courses.
Certificates of completion do not guarantee employment, profits, or regulatory licensing.
Prices are listed exclusive of taxes. Applicable GST/VAT or other taxes will be added.
You authorize FTA and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for all fees, including installments, taxes, and any late fees.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting FTA may constitute breach; we may suspend access and recover fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
All payments are final and non-refundable, including deposits, installments, upgrades, and renewals.
No refunds for partial participation, missed sessions, perceived lack of progress, schedule changes, or dissatisfaction.
Where mandatory consumer rights require a refund, those rights will be honored to the minimum extent required by law.
Deferrals/Transfers: At our discretion (not guaranteed), we may allow one seat transfer or cohort deferral; administrative fees may apply.
On payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use course materials for your own learning.
All content (videos, slides, code, tools, recordings, community posts) is FTA or licensor intellectual property. Do not copy, resell, share, record, stream, or publish without written consent.
Logins are for one person only. We may suspend accounts for sharing access.
We may modify schedules, instructors, modules, or delivery format (in-person/online) to improve quality or for operational needs.
Sessions may be recorded. By attending, you grant FTA a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your image/voice/student work in recordings used for educational/quality assurance purposes. Marketing use will follow our Privacy Policy and applicable consent rules.
Be respectful; no harassment, hate speech, spam, or unlawful activity.
Academic integrity: submit your own work; no plagiarism or exam/coursework misconduct.
We may remove any Student who violates these Terms or disrupts learning—without refund.
Courses may reference third-party platforms (charting, data, brokers, APIs, messaging). You are responsible for any third-party fees, KYC, compliance, and risks.
FTA is not liable for outages, slippage, losses, or data errors from third parties. FTA is not a broker and does not execute trades.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FTA and its instructors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that simulated or back-tested results have inherent limitations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FTA, its directors, staff, and instructors from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your trading activities, or breach of these Terms.
Any career support, alumni groups, referrals, or introductions are best-effort only. No employment or income is guaranteed.
We process personal data per our Privacy Policy.
You consent to receive service and transactional communications (email/SMS/WhatsApp). You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Programs delivered and billed in INR through our India operations are governed by Indian law.
Dispute resolution (India): Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English, before a single arbitrator appointed per that Act. Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief.
For students enrolled through our EU/Germany operations and billed in EUR, German law and Frankfurt am Main venue may apply (as specified in your enrollment form).
We are not liable for delays/failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet/power failures, illness, epidemics, government actions, strikes, natural disasters).
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or unlawful conduct—without refund. You may stop using the Services at any time (no refunds).
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
No waiver: Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
Entire agreement: These Terms + enrollment confirmation + Privacy Policy are the full agreement.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent.
